finally met up with my darls frm the old days of optics2000, n gosh its been a long time where im finally with a bunch of ppl i can talk to so freely abt everything... incl the nt so innocent topics ;)

at first when i arrived at wisma n jol asked me to choose btw billy bombers n swensens, i jus kinda went "erm.. macs cannot ah?"
i have $14.55 left for the rest of mth u tell me hw to survive?!
but nvm my policy is always "let tml worry abt itself", so off we trooped (carefully avoiding my wkplace which was jus 1 level up cos i conveniently missed wk so i cld meet up with my girls) to swensens.



it took awhile and ALOT of willpower to keep me frm ordering over my budget the very tempting baked rice or pasta, but i finally settled for the seafood chowder bowl thingy in a bread bowl.
hmm bread has carbs n there'll be meat in it, AND ill have soup too! its a 3 course meal for $6.80! VERY worth it lor.
only prob?
i don really eat seafood.
so i asked the waiter: "erm.. can i get the seafood chowder bowl without the seafood chowder? jus change the soup to smth else."
well obviously the waiter just gave me a look n said no. tsk swensens isnt exacly known for having the best service arnd lor :p
but ok lah the soup was actually pretty gd n i was DAMN FULL cos there was so much bread.

as usual went down with sarah n nick who BOTH decided to abandon me at 3am DAMN THEM! but is ok lah haha cos they knew i was gonna be fetched home by the oh-so-nice gabs :D
but seriously, for a non nus-orientated bunch, i still saw ALOT of ppl.. like sidney kumar, alywin frm math tuition, ezekial n all the other SA seniors, some other SA guys (none of who recognized me damn them!), tristan berg n the fleshimp boss guy (both frm the fleshimp photoshoot), sean, steven, cheryl n the rest of the bunch as usual, fabian (a super ultra old church fren), chrystle quek (actually i see her EVERY wk), isaac (fren's fren), aisyah n nad (4/7 hotties!) n gab n elroy obviously.
but nt a fantastic session lah cos i was so nt in the mood to get sloshed so i jus kinda hung arnd gabs n elroy, calling each other fat n basically doing stupid things. haha but we came up with new nicks for each other: gabs is nw oily, elroy is man tits n im nw thunder thighs (damn u gab!) but finefine, he has total rght to say me cos omg his bod is to-die-for lah! abit small but beggars cant be choosers rite? haha
n he decided to blame ME for nt being able to dance with these 2 really hot girls cos he said he had to entertain me.. BULLSHIT LAH GUYS! if u don dare dance with girls jus say lah! yesyes the embarrassment of bein turned down is nt pretty but dont use stupid excuses like u gotta entertain me ok! u men ah, gutless only. tsktsk.

obviously since i reached home at like 9am, i slept all the way till 5pm which was incidently the time i was sup to report for the job which was THE biggest ipo event in singapore since the 1993 ipo of singtel thus the big shotness of the whole thing.
so aniwae omg i panicked like mad lah n the best part was i was sup to be all glammed up with meticulous makeup n high hair, which i obviously din have cos i did everything in the cab.
i dont think my bosses were very happy since i came in pretty late, but who cares $120 in 3h! for standing at a corner n looking pretty n giving out gifts n the likes of tt. the best part? it was an ipo (initial public offering) event for thaibev, distributor of chang beer, so basically we had to go there to EAT FREE THAI FOOD n DRINK FREE THAI BEER to encourage all the investors to have the same faith in their stocks.
which is 36c per lot in case any of u are interested :)
AND even better, i got al's pres FOC there as a souvenier (i know its cheapskate but its the THOUGHT tt matters ok n aniwae i so made it up to u alr rite al)dammit too bad i wasnt thick skinned enuf lah. shld have taken like 4 boxes den jus kept them as presents for all my beer loving frens (haha yes ws i know i still owe u too)
